Yes. Every organisation gets a comprehensive free profile including certifications, SDG badges, reviews, analytics, and a verified badge. Pro features (content publishing, jobs, RFQs) start at €39/month.
Listing & Profiles
How do I list my organisation?
Register an account, create your organisation profile, add your services, certifications, and portfolio projects. Your profile is live immediately and enters the verification queue automatically.
What information should I include in my profile?
The more complete your profile, the better your visibility. Include: organisation description, services offered, sectors covered, certifications, SDG alignment, portfolio projects, team members, and contact information.
Can I edit my profile after publishing?
Yes. You can update your profile at any time from your dashboard. Changes are reflected immediately.
Verification
How does verification work?
Our fully automated system cross-references your claimed certifications against 27 recognised ESG verification platforms. There is no manual review – verification is AI-powered, transparent, and continuous.
What certifications are recognised?
We recognise certifications from 27 platforms across six categories including B Corp, EcoVadis, CDP, GRI, ISO 14001, LEED, BREEAM, Fair Trade, SBTi, and more. See our Methodology page for the full list.
How long does verification take?
Initial verification typically completes within 24–48 hours. Some certifications may take longer if external platform checks are required.
Reviews
How do reviews work?
Organisations can invite clients to leave reviews via email. All reviewers must have verified accounts. Reviews are analysed by AI to detect manipulation. No anonymous reviews are allowed.
Can I respond to reviews?
Yes. Organisations can respond publicly to any review from their dashboard. We encourage constructive engagement.
Content & Publishing
What content can I publish?
Pro-tier organisations can publish unlimited press releases, articles, sustainability reports, job listings, and RFQs. Free-tier organisations can receive reviews and maintain their profile.
Are there content guidelines?
Yes. All published content must be relevant to ESG, sustainability, or social impact. We reserve the right to remove content that is misleading, promotional spam, or unrelated to the platform’s purpose.
Pricing & Billing
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Every organisation gets a full profile for free with certifications, SDG badges, reviews, analytics, and a verified badge. You only pay to publish content or post jobs.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrade to Pro instantly, downgrade at the end of your billing period. Your data is always preserved.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes. Annual billing is €390/year – about 17% savings compared to monthly.
Data & Privacy
How is my data protected?
We use TLS 1.3 encryption, AES-256 at rest, and follow OWASP security best practices. All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy.
Are you GDPR and POPIA compliant?
Yes. We comply with both GDPR (EU) and POPIA (South Africa). You can export or delete your data at any time from your dashboard.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. Go to Settings in your dashboard to request account deletion. Your data will be removed within 30 days.
