2. Services
CITABLEESG provides a B2B directory and review platform for ESG and sustainability organisations. We offer free and paid tiers with different feature sets.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
4. Content Guidelines
Users must not submit fraudulent reviews, misleading organisation information, or content that infringes intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.
5. Payments and Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Lemon Squeezy. Featured placements are one-time payments. Refund policies are outlined in your subscription agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
CITABLEESG is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on information found on the platform.
